Our process begins with selecting the freshest, ripest chilies, which are then carefully cleaned and chopped. We mix the peppers with a pinch of sea salt and pack them into fermentation process, allowing them to sit in a cool, dark place for several weeks. During this time, the peppers undergo a transformative fermentation process, developing complex flavors and a delightful depth of heat. Once ready, we blend the fermented peppers with other quality ingredients, creating our signature hot sauces that pack a flavorful punch!
